1. Agreement

By using the proTasker website and services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services

proTasker provides construction, renovation, and building services in Birmingham and surrounding areas. All work is subject to a separate written contract or quotation.

3. Consultations

Consultations are priced at £50 and are payable at the time of booking. The consultation fee is deducted from the total project cost if you proceed with the work.

4. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on scope modifications.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. For larger projects, a staged payment schedule will be agreed upon in the project contract.

6. Cancellation

Consultation bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

7. Liability

proTasker carries comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted works.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
